Summer Office Hours (May 1st – September 30th):
- Sunday: 10 am to 3 pm
- Monday: 10 am to 3 pm
- Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday: 10 am to 3 pm

- Friday: 10 am to 3 pm
- Saturday: 10 am to 3 pm
- Check-in time is at 1 pm
- Check-out time is at 12 pm
- Late check-out may be available; inquire upon check-in
- Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am

- Weekly (7 nights): $240.00 plus applicable taxes

Full Hook-Up (Water, Electric, Sewer and WiFi)
- Nightly: $45.00 plus applicable taxes
- Weekly (7 nights): $270.00 plus applicable taxes
- Monthly (31 nights): $810.00
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours before first night of reservation. Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged the first night’s rate.
No Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled stay will be charged the first night’s rate.
Holiday Policy: Two-night minimum stay required for the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
