COVID-19 Guidelines

Welcome to Harbor RV Park!

For the protection of everyone, please adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines listed in detail below while on park grounds.

We ask that you please refrain from visiting our park if you have a cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

While visiting, please:

  • Wear a mask when using common areas.
  • Maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another
  • Sneeze and cough into a cloth or tissue or, if not available, into your elbow
  • Do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact

Social Distancing Guidelines

  • Only one person allowed in the office at a time
  • Face coverings must be worn to enter the office
  • A minimum of six-feet must be maintained between all employees, guests, tenants, etc.
  • Face coverings must be worn at all times when using common areas
  • Restroom capacity is limited to two guests 
  • Gatherings between guests from different spaces is not recommended

COVID-19 Safe Business Operations Protocol

General

  • Contact for property is available on-site and on-call: Carolyn Morgan 707/889-0735
  • Procedures are in place to maintain guidelines and correct deficiencies

Employees

  • Face coverings required at all times
  • Gloves used when needed
  • Six-foot distancing is practiced between all employees, guests, tenants, visitors, etc.
  • Employees practice self-assessment health screening and a thorough health screening is conducted at
    start of each shift; employees with temperatures or symptoms are sent home and/or instructed not
    to come to work
  • Verbal training and written guidelines provided to employees with regard to PPE, disinfecting and
    cleaning protocols

Office

  • High efficiency air cleaners placed in reception area and staff office area
  • Protective divider is in place between office staff and reception area
  • Recommended guideline signage is posted on office door and protective divider in reception area
  • Door remains locked and entry is monitored and limited by Office Manager
  • Only one guest allowed in office at a time
  • Face coverings required to be worn by everyone while in office
  • Hand sanitizer available for guest use
  • High efficiency air cleaners placed in reception area and staff office area
  • Brochures, magazines, and informational literature removed for guest use, but available on request
  • Exchange of check-in items is done below protective divider to prevent contact
  • Disposable (or keepable) pens provided to guests – pens will not be used by more than one guest
  • Reception area and door knobs are disinfected after each tenant / guest / visitor has left the office
  • Staff office area is cleaned thoroughly once per shift
  • Distancing is practiced per guidelines
  • Tape affixed to office floor to demonstrate 6’ of distance between office staff and guests

RV Park

  • RV Guests sign COVID-19 Guidelines Document upon check-in
  • Guests required to bring their own face coverings and use when outside of their RV
  • Six-foot distancing required between guests and any person not in their immediate space group
  • Individual space capacity is limited to 2 adults and 3 children
  • Gatherings between guests of different spaces is discouraged
  • Guest restrooms have a limited capacity of two guests
  • Pedestals disinfected and space cleaned between guests

General

  • Respect protective divider that is in place between office staff and reception area
  • Adhere to guideline signage that is posted on office door and protective divider in reception area
  • Door remains locked and entry is monitored and limited by Office Manager
  • Only one guest allowed in office at a time
  • Face coverings required to be worn by everyone while in office
  • Exchange of check-in items is done below protective divider to prevent contact
  • Hand sanitizer available for use
  • High efficiency air cleaner placed in reception area
  • Brochures, magazines, and informational literature removed, but available upon request
  • Disposable (or keepable) pens provided to guests – pens will not be used by more than one guest
  • Reception area and door knobs are disinfected after each tenant / guest / visitor has left the office
  • Staff office area is cleaned thoroughly once per shift
  • Six-foot distance is to be maintained between all employees, guests, tenants, etc.
  • Abide by distancing tape that is affixed to office floor to maintain 6’ of distance from office staff

RV Park

  • RV guests must sign COVID-19 RV Guest Guidelines and Information document upon check-in
  • Guests are required to bring their own face coverings and use when outside of their RV
  • Six-foot distancing required between guests and any person not in their immediate space group
  • Individual space capacity is limited to 2 adults and 3 children
  • Gatherings are discouraged between guests of different spaces
  • Guest restrooms have a maximum capacity of two guests
  • Trash and recycling facilities are available during office hours

All guests are required to adhere to these guidelines while on Harbor RV Park grounds. Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.
